Another Thanksgiving day comes and goes, as does another Black Friday, I have been over here in the states since 1997 and I can honestly say I have never ever gone out shopping on Black Friday. Mainly because I am not sure that there is anything I would usually buy be on sale, which would be CDs or DVDs, still it was a typical Thanksgiving Day for us. Home with my wife's family in the most exciting town in Michigan, and if anyone knows me really well, you will know what I mean by that. :)

We drove home Wednesday night, brought some stuff home with me, including my laptop. Which always makes me laugh, because I hardly ever use it when I bring it home, mainly because there is no wireless connection set up and if it had been then I wouldn't be using it because I need quiet when I am on the computer. And won't get that when I am home, but still I bring it and when Christmas comes along I am sure I will do the same thing again and not use it.

I am not sure what others do at this time of the year, we seem to do the same thing over and over, not sure what else you can do on this day. One year I stayed home, most boring four days of my life, because my family was not with me. This weekend was interesting, Band of Brothers was on TV, which is a waste of time on US TV....because just as you get in to the film, they throw in a 5 min tv ads and you lose interest in the show. I got to see some Gameshows, which btw I really and truly dislike a lot. And as to some of the other shows I saw this weekend, well I won't say too much more about them.

Anyways we are back home and the kids are in bed, and I am sitting in my chair, doing the usual stuff that I do every night.

So how did ye spend Thanksgiving?
